Thanks for your letter, and giving us a chance to hear our side of the story

Firstly, we have never had a problem with any student, inspite of offering yoga services to the community in Wauwatosa, and other suburbs since This is a year standing of good business
Let me give you some history of the client:
She was well aware of the distance she had to travel to get to our centre from day So this should not be an issue of making us feel guilty that she was doing all this driving this was her choice
Secondly we did not pursue her to take up this serviceShe reached out to us - because of our professionalism and good reputation, on the behest of her own doctor
/Thirdly sure we were a few minutes behind in getting there, and we are a very small establishment and don't have any secretary, we have verbally informed the client, that at times we do tend to get a few minutes behind, and she failed to mention this in her angry emails
She on several occassion took extra time from us, and we did not charge her for it, which she fails to mention to
She always left happy and content with the quality of her yoga sessions, so we did not see any problem
- Rest we have attached the email trend and invoice of monies received as a REFUND to her- WE CHARGED her $cancellation fee for each session cancelled x sessions = $That is all she is disputing
/She got her dates wrong, made us wait for an entire session and did not show up, yet we did not charge her for a full session, which is is aware of when she signed up for these session
in addition we offered her a makeup for the one time, with all the juggling of dates she had which she fails to recognize as our attempt to work even further with her
Please see attached email trend
Let us know how you would like us to proceed, we gave her a significant refund, but don't want to be taken for a ride her
Lastly we continued to try our best to work with her
Thanks you, and hopefully you can put this to rest as a fair cancellation fee of $per class

I think you need to put a stop to this. We sure did miss out on one session, we gave you an opportunity for a makeup. You got the dates of your second session wrong, although you insist you did not and decided to cancelInspite of me offering you your three sessions. I received the check for the last classesI have to say I was disappointed that you chose to hit me with a $cancellation fee when it was your lack of respect for my time that caused me to cancel my classesReally unprofessionalYou need to learn to respect other people's time as you do your ownAs I stated before it takes me minutes to get to you, minutes home and then a minute appointmentI would not have had to cancel my last classes had you been there two of the five time on time and two of the times you didn't show at allI did not want to do this, but I will be writing to the Revdex.com and writing negative reviews about the lack of respect and how you did not give me a full refundFining me for something that was obviously your fault should not be something I am penalized for***

I do not have June 30th on my calendar and I remember repeating the June 29th date back to you a couple times when we rescheduled the session you missedUnfortunately due to your inconsistency in attending/being on time for my scheduled sessions and the loss of time this this has caused me, I will not be attending my final sessionsI hope you will do the honorable thing and refund me for the last three sessions.

I hope that your trip to India went wellWe had an appointment today at 10am and I waited until 10:and you were not thereI text you as wellThis is the second time that I've had an appointment with you were you were not thereAs you know I have to drive hours round trip to attend a session with youWhile I have made a commitment to do this, I do not feel that you are committed to thisYou have also started our sessions late, once you text me you would be there in a few minutes, another time we started lateWhile I can understand that things come up, I do not feel that you respect my timeTime is the most important thing we have and I am not making good use of my time by driving hours twice, only to find that you are not thereWe have had of the pre-paid sessions and you were late for two of these and did not show up for twoI do not feel that I am being unreasonable to ask for the last sessions to be refunded to meThis is not a good use of my time when you are late or do not show upI ask that you please refund me $for my last three sessions that I have not attendedWe can part ways and call it even.
