Review: Job was to install a new panel for a Gasoline Generator.Initial Scheduling: Had to call several times to have the person & crew show up. Job: Able to perform some tests after the job. Generator electricity flowing to the house as expected, little I know about the quality of the job. Main panel left in a dangerous condition, where it is shaking to some extent and when you open the panel live wires are visible with untidily patched tape where fuse blanks should've been installed instead. Post job: Contractor admitted the issue initially but did not returning subsequent calls. Lied about coming to fix the issue. Don't have any hopes of warranty claims. Terrible after service.Since job included one years warranty I honestly cannot trust that the contractor would show up on time if something even dangerous/threatening to happen with the installation.Pictured untidily done hob with visible live wires. Attached the pictures and receipt of the invoice.

Wanted to come and fix the issue ASAP and need written statement that he would come and complete if any issue to happen beside this one in the future in regard to this job as soon as possible within 1 year warranty period.Offer some service discount/credit in return for all the trouble and time I have to spend in trying to getting the issue fixed.Thanks
