I received a voicemail regarding a message I left pertaining to an estimate that I never receivedThe message left by the secretary said she sent the estimate at hrs Thursday AprilIt wasn't the email address I gave the estimator on Monday April when he showed hours late to the appointment I scheduled week in advanceIt also isn't the email address I gave over the phone to the secretary on Wednesday April when I called the office because the estimate that I was promised Monday was now full days lateYet again, I find myself emailing regarding an estimate that is now days late because of a series of logistical failures on their end
I will reiterate the message I attempted to convey yesterday when I called the officeI schedule my appointment a week in advance; they some how forgot my appointmentNo phone call, no courtesyI had to call after I had been waiting at the property for an hour and no one showed upFrom that point I had to wait another, almost two hours, for a staestimatorThe estimator was nice, he did his job wellI was promised an estimate by close of business MondayNever got itGot a call around hrs Monday stating I would have my estimate TuesdayTuesday, no estimateI called, they promise me an estimate WednesdayI call Wednesday, they tell me I'll have it ThursdayThursday, no estimate because transcription seems to be an issueThis after having verbally dictated my email address to two points of contact at the companySome how zeroes in my email address became 1's when my estimate was now days late
I pursued an estimate with the company because my business partner recommended themWe've used the company at some of the flip houses we have renovatedI typically use *** *** and now I know whyWhen I schedule and appointment for 0800, they show up mins earlyMy estimates are prepared on site and if they aren't I get them within hrs without having to chase someone down for their business

When it came time for the roof to be replaced, I got many quotes to make sure Bevins was a good priceThey came in at the fairest price for the product! The new roof makes my house look a million times better
The installation was on time and the installers were very professional and friendlyBevins supervised closely and made sure I was happy the whole timeThey replaced areas that had rotted and even painted the vents to match the roof
