This corporation is the worst! Buyer beware! Stay away!
They do not answer calls, they promise the world and deliver excuses! I would never buy anything from this company! I purchased 24 dock lights and 4 of them were defected and they will not honor there warranty to receive lace the 4 lights! They came defected in the box and I sent them a video showing that they are defected as they asked me to do then it was a run around from there. This is been going on for 3 months now! They cannot be trusted!

I purchased 3 swimming pool hand rails. Quality is good, but need to return one as it is too big. The return label is for me paying shipping cost which is supposed to be prepaid. I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week. Several phone numbers that no longer work. They do not respond when I've left messages. Still a work in progress.

Ordered a vinyl cutter / plotter on May25th. I have not heard a peep out of them once I sent money. I'm now worried if this an actual business or (I won't say it) I'm holding out a few more days. I'm in business too for over 30 years. I let my customers know we have received their order and its being processed. and provide a tracking number as soon as possible. I'm starting to feel stupid. I contacted Ebay ( since I bought the heat press on there site) and they took my case to the heat press company and made then refund my money.
