Dec 5, roofing discrepancy from contract to bill: billed much higher than quoted price by $2660.50 compared to the original contract. Paid $15,000 for 1/2 house, porch, small pool house and driveway garden shed. The quote appears to be as if they removed rafters and wood rot which was not done. Only one plywood piece was done. Discrepancy in costs. More photos of the remainder of the home where no additional work was done.
