Hired this company to install doors On one of the doors, they cracked the interior frame When confronted with the issue told me it was that way when he came Did not admit they cracked the frame until the other worker admitted to cracking the frame Yet they did not replace the cracked frame, just glued it You can still see where the damage was done One of the storms doors did not close properly I was told that it had to be broken in That was unacceptable to me so I requested for him to come and adjust the door There was also a concern with the deadbolt lock The entrance for the lock was not deep enough His attitude to me was that it was good enough That was not acceptable as well
As a female customer, I felt the owner was very disrespectful and arrogant towards me He does not respond well to questions or concerns about his workmanship He becomes very attitudinal Several calls were made to him to address my concerns Took his time responding
