Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: When I spoke to JOE, on 8/**, he was fully aware that I said I will be off on 8/**, he never calledI called on 8/**AGAIN, he said someone will be out that DAYAgain NO ONE CALLED or showed upOn 8/**, JOE finally called about 3pm AND someone FINALLY showed upThis company did SUB-STANDARD work from the startWhat turned out to just a repair job left the roof in WORST shape than it EVER wasSo much so that they had to replace the mattress in the master bedroomThe repair person (if you could call that) did such a SHODDY job, that yes, they had to come back over and over againThe roof repair WAS SO BAD, that it leaked downstairs into my living room(AND I HAVE VIDEO AS PROOF.) EVEN after the the drain was replaced WINDOW DEPOT has been out to repair it time and time againThe repair person that came out on 8/**, ADMITTED, that he WOULD HAVE NEVER, repaired a roof in such a way, as the first guy did(WHO BTW, I told JOE, not to ever send that back again)SO, the person that finally did the drain is basically doing PATCH up work, where the original person screwed upAnd he has been back at least times, since the original work was done In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Here at Window Depot Usa our Customers come first and foremostWe work hours upon hours each day to make sure all our customers are taken care ofThat being said, as soon as we heard of this misunderstanding we were on the phone with our customer and numerous factory rep'sProblem was the changes
made on the order delayed the completion date of the windowsWe assured our customer we are doing all we can to get the windows A.S.A.PThe factory has put this order to the front of the line because of the situation

In regards to *** ***'s leak he is correct that Window Depot was there several timesHe did not mention that he paid for one of the leaks due to the fact that he had a broken and rusted pipe going into his yankee gutters, which had nothing to do with the roofWe repaired the leak and all was
fineWhen ** *** called I told him I wanted to get the crew that had done the repair to his home he insisted we had to go there that day or he was going to report us to the Revdex.comWe sent our crew there August *** and I asked *** *** if he was going to be home and he had told me he was off from work He never told us he was taking off of work to wait for usWe repaired the roof that day and told im if he has any more issues to call us.
