To whom it may concern Customer brought his mower in for repair in April of to be repaired We are not a dealer for the brand of mower he has and we tried unsuccessfully to get the part he needed Customer tried to supply the correct part number for the harness and it was incorrect as well We can not fix what we cant get the correct parts for As far as it sitting outside, we have no inside storage and the customer was aware of this We will not pay for him to have it fixed or repair any rusted parts because of his failure to secure the correct parts to repair the unit Thanks

This is not the response that I was toldI was told by the manufacturer that since the issue has been ongoing since I have had the mower and that the issue was never resolved then the warranty would holdIf you have to mow everything twice due to a strip in the mowing pattern every time you used it then the hours on the unit would go up twice as fastThe mowing speed at what you want me to use the mower at is not an acceptable speed for any lawnmowerA garden tractor will mow faster than thatI have owned several husquravarna mowers and the is the worst one I have ever hadI have never received such terrible service in my life from a dealerYes it was repossessed and still has not been returned to my possession even though all of the payments have been madeThis has been a major ordeal from the start especially since I was told that the blade would be a courtesy from the dealerEverything has been recorded that has been discussed between me and the manufacturer has been loggedThe last thing I was told by the manufacturer was a replacement or a refund and they told me that it was possible, but was up to the discretion of the dealer

I am responding to the complaint filed by *** *** of Bertrand MOThe primary issue this customer is having is not a defect in the product. He purchased a residential mower and using it for commercial applications which is not what is rated for. He is basically trying to mow too fast
for the conditions that the mower can handle. That was the only way we could recreate his issue. If you slowed the machine down to a more proper mowing speed, then it cut great. We mowed our front lawn with it several times and it did a great job.Furthermore, he only paid $for the mower, not $and has had it in here time for warranty work and an additional time for a set of new blades which he has never paid for. We told him he would have to pay that bill before we would work on it any more.He also had the mower repossessed the last time I heard for failure to make payments on it to the finance company.All of our serialized units have a no return policy that is clearly marked on the invoice.If he intends on being a commercial mower, then he really needs to purchase an adequate mower to cover his needs.If he pays his bill, which we have already actually wrote off for failure to pay, then he is more than welcome to bring in the machine for any warranty issues he has

We are standing by our decision that mower mows with in the specs designed by the manufacturer.  As clearly stated on our invoice, we do not accept returns on purchases of units.  If Husqvarna wants to buy it back, then you should be in contact with them and settle up with them accordingly.
