Review: I went to the realty company(Saprinc corp) on 5-**-2013, met with a woman by the name of [redacted] who is suppose to be the building manager broker of a property at[redacted] I viewed a studio apartment in the basement of this property. I was interested and she produced a occupancy agreement. I signed it she asked for a $1,500.00 dollar deposit. $750.00 for security and 750.00 for a broker fee. The move in date was scheduled for 6-*-13. [redacted] stated that if the apartment was not ready on the move in date she would refund the entire amount (1500.00) as a breach of contract. When I went to move in nothing was done in the apartment. It was not painted, there were holes in the walls, the kitchen stove was missing knobs,this stove was to be previously replaced as per our conversation. The light fixure in the bed room was broken there was no light in the bedroom. And to add insult to injury when the main water switch was turned on pipes busted and water was coming through the cieling. There was water every where. I demanded a total refund. [redacted] said to come to her office the following Monday 6-**-2013, for my refund and was not at the office. I made several attempts at retrieving my money and she has been eluding me. I believe this woman is scamming people and committing fraud.Desired Settlement: full refund immediatey.
