This place has been calling me non-stop for about months It's ridiculous Now they say they are calling form the civil services department and they will be taking my house All because of a fake letter that they sent me in October aboiut a payday loan I called the police They said there is nothing they can do and suggested that I stop answering my phone all together This is probably the worst company in America right now F minue F minus F minus

I have received calls from SAR associates, telephone number 407-883- They did not want to provide me information, they did not want to provide information about the company Since they did not want to answer my questions, I've asked them to cease from calling me and if I am the person they want they will need to send me correspondence regarding the matter; they have not done so but continue to call

Like the other reviewer, I received a letter from them about a debt I supposedly owed and when I called about it, the only information they could provide me to prove the debt was all oldThe Email account, mailing address, bank account info and phone numbers were all closed or no longer valid for the time they said the loan was taken out When I asked for written proof they told me they could not provide anyI told them I refuse to pay for a debt they could not provide me written proof onThey keep calling me so I had to block them

I also got a letter saying I owed the same amount of money as the other complaints the could not sent me the proof where the money was owed had to block them from calling

Company sends out a fake collection letter Threats to take you to court and seems they are suing everyone for the same amount of money

I also received phone calls from this company SAR and Associated, as the some this company could not prove me with any information stating that I owe money on a past due debtThe first time I receive a phone call the current information the lady said she had on me was not current at all, and the second phone I recevied was today November 27, day after Thanksgiving from a gentlemen that called me from a unavailable number saying his coming to my home to subpoen me for court but if I like to handle this issue before he arrives he give me a number and a case numberI feel this is a SCAM these people are running and I will be paying out dollarsThe next I receive another phone call I will be calling my local police department on this matter as well as going to Channel or News

I have been receiving repeated calls from SAR & Associates for a number of weeks. I have repeatedly explained that the debt that they are attempting to collect is not mine, that they have no contract with me and that they need to cease their contact. This has not happened. I have blocked them, but they call from multiple numbers: XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX are two that I have been experiencing.
