Good afternoon,
I am in receipt of the above noted complaintPlease be advised that I have reviewed the complaint and searched our policyholder records; I do not find that *** *** ** *** has been associated with our agency's book of business
After performing an out of book search, it appears that *** *** ** *** is a customer of another State Farm Agent, located in Jamaica, New York and is not a customer of *** ***, State Farm Agent
Kindly update the Revdex.com site to clear this complaint from any and all records associated with my office

 State Farm sent me a check which is the difference of what the withdrew from you account and what I they allege I owe them. This check I have not cashed as I an due the amount withdrew in its entirety.

Review: I received state farm insurance and one of the requirements is that I should have a photo ID taken within a couple of days of they would suspend my collision coverage. I had the inspection done but was never instructed by the insurance to have the paperwork sent over to them. I was subsequently told by them that I only had liability coverage due to the fact that I didn't have the inspection done. By this time I was unable to find the PW and due to my work schedule I was unable to get a new inspection done. About 3-4 months later I stumbled upon the documents and faxed it in to them. The following month I noticed that my insurance was billing me a rather low amount for full coverage when I called them I was told that they did not have my PW. I informed them that I did send it in. They looked it up and sent the info in to their billing dept.The next month they withdrew twice the amount they were supposed to. I called them they told me that they will be retroactively billing me for those months that I did not have the picture inspection. I then asked to be transferred to another agency because of other issues like my calling and requesting that they update my phone number and received updated insurance cards both of which wasn't done at that moment.The next month I called to cancel they told me they cant cancel my insurance because NY state doesn't permit them to do so without having proof of another insurance. They again withdrew twice my insurance premium another month. [redacted] you I went ahead and procured a new insurance ([redacted]) by this time. I called Statefarms office and faxed my new insurance in to them and told me I would be reimbursed within 2-3 business days. When I called by 2 days later I was told that they will not be reimbursing any money because I owed them and that that is what their billing dept told them and I cannot speak with their billing dept.Please help me, I understand how people do irrational things from this experience. It is a rather frustrating experience!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I do not OWE STATE FARM or I would have no issue paying them. They told me in writing that my coverage would be suspended and when I sent the info in they didn't process it. So I was driving around with liability insurance the entire time and they want to charge me retroactively. Ludicrous!!I would like my money back. Quite frankly they owe me more than I am requesting because the previous month they did the same thing.I would like my money back, thanks!!!!!!
