[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] August 29, 2015Alexis [redacted] Revdex.com Resolutions ConsultantRevdex.comPO Box 1000DuPont, WA 98327Dear Ms [redacted] ,My name is Sara B [redacted] and I am the owner of Sara's SignsI recently received a letter from you regarding a complaint initiated from a [redacted] .On August 15th, 2015, Ms [redacted] called my cell phone to order one of our signsWe were at the Wholesale Show in Seattle, WA at the timeI was busy with customers, so my husband, Rob (not Tom) picked up [redacted] said [redacted] would not accept her credit card and asked to buy a sign over the phoneMy husband took down the order and her payment informationHe told her we would get in touch with her soon.On Monday (days later) [redacted] left me a voicemail asking me to call her as she wanted to "balance her checkbook" and noticed the sign had not been charged as of yet to her credit cardI returned her call on Tuesday, the next business dayI told [redacted] that I was still at the show and would be until late Wednesday but would be happy to make the sign when I got home and send it to herI had not charged her yet because our policy is to wait until the sign is made (takes to weeks as these are hand painted) and packaged (so I know the weight and can charge accurately for shipping.)On Friday, [redacted] called again and my husband answeredShe told Rob she wanted to make sure that there was enough "room on her credit card" and therefore wondered when the transaction would be processed soonMy husband told her he needed a minute to pull it up (to see where the sign is in our process.) [redacted] then hung up on himMy husband looked at me funny and told me she was really upset and hung up on himI then dialed [redacted] back and told her we will not be processing her order as we do not entertain disrespectful or aggressive behaviorI told her sorry and thank you anyway[redacted] then proceeded to call more timesMy husband answered the second call in which she told him she would "ruin us on the internet" and get all her friends to do the sameAbout a half hour later, she posted separate comments on our Facebook page calling us "mns" and warning people to not shop with usShe accused us of losing her order and being unprofessionalI am happy to provide copies of those posts should you like to see them.To be clear, there was never a transactionIn fact, no money exchange ever occurred and the payment info has long since been shreddedMs [redacted] was abusive and that is the sole reason I have refused her business We sell signs in malls, fairs, over our website, [redacted] , [redacted] & ***In years we have never had a single complaint of any kindOur [redacted] account maintains a 100% positive feedback rating and our [redacted] account is rated at starsWe are respectful of our customers.At this time, unless I am legally bound to, I do not wish to proceed with any interaction of any kind with Ms [redacted] She has gone out of her way to hurt me and my business and I fear the potential liability of sending her a product of mine.Thank you,Sara B [redacted] Sara's Signs [redacted]
