Tell us why here...Sorry for the inconvenience [redacted] , we were really trying to help you and always have till this dayYou inspected, and test drove this vehicle before you purchased Sarabi auto sales man Anthony spoke to you about the wheel bearing and only the wheel bearing before you purchased the vehicle we then replaced both wheel bearings and voluntarily replaced many more parts by our most local certified mechanic (come n go automotive)Sarabi auto sales and come and go automotive have both sacrificed valuable time and money to make you a priority for your satisfactionI hope you can be understanding that sense we have chosen voluntarily to do these things for you because of our positive work ethics, that they needed to be done in the most efficient wayThank you, take care

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have attached pictures of the most recent trip to a certified mechanic who found all of the following issuesI was promised that the sound that it was making on the day of thetest drive would be addressed and to date despite different interactions with the mechanic and staf2f at Sarabi Auto sales they are still failing to correct the the multiple problemsAlso the original post that advertised the vehicle on Offer Up specifically said no mechanical issues so this is advertising as thevehicle was sold to me with countless unreported issuesThis is shown in the picture and I am fully aware of the fact that this is a used vehicle and did not expect it to be perfect but also did not expect it to have the volume of issues that are and have been present from the very first day of purchaseYour advertisement was misleading and not a true statement and I can provide documentation that the cvaxle and wheel bearing that was supposedly replaced is in fact not been addressed and needing to be redone and replaced as outlined in the estimate from Firestone, so I am curious how this equates a resolution, cooperation , honesty and integrityI purchased a vehicle from your dealership under pretenses based upon your ad , have had to be without any means of transportation for several weeks because of being of the vehicle being unavailable under the assumtption the issues were being corrected and been told multiple different versions of for the reasons the underlying issues are presentall being incorrectTo this day it still has not been addressed when I was promised it would be repaired after buying this vehicle that again was falsely advertised as having no mechanical issuesI have every right under the law to post reviews of my expierences and respond accordingly to the lack of honesty and integrity of the staff and failure to fix the issues that are putting me and my family at risk of a accident in this vehicleThank you Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Sorry for the inconvenienceI fully understand your issues and complaintswe have worked very hard to get this right for youwe have about 1,dollars in receipts from a certified mechanic of all the things we have chosen to repair even though we are not obligated to do so because of our honest and trustworthy business ethics, even after the countless threats to our business from [redacted] or ***we give all our customers the same opportunitiescommunications with [redacted] have been extremely limited and we have mostly only been able to communicate through [redacted] 's friend ***The businesses and the certified mechanic have both taken countless time and resources to make you and your vehicle a priority just as we have explained before, we are not changing light bulbs, and vehicle are much more complex and require more time to be done in the most efficient wayalso do keep in mind and have some understanding that your buying a used car not a new carit wont be perfectthe first time [redacted] brought the vehicle back and after it was looked at by our mechanic, [redacted] and [redacted] went on a test drive with our salesman Amer, and before she left it was agreed upon that there were no problems after the test driveeven after all of this you said more noises occurred we made it an obligation to help you out as we always have, and continued to threaten us and accuse us of accusations via phone calls, emails and posed on our media and marketing pageseven up to today we are willing to work with [redacted] on your vehicle that she has purchased for out positive and trustworthy business ethicssincerely, Sarabi auto sales
