Client hired me for a family "movie night" the night before the wedding for 60 minutes to capture some photos. Was there 2 hours before the bride and groom showed up, as well for an additional 2 hours to capture pictures of kids running around and people eating, no "movie night" or photo booth with...

props as they had said. Arrived the next day and was given the list but told that due to the craziness and rushed schedule to capture what I could. Client and her mother received via email and [redacted] with in 48 hours of wedding pictures done with the ill grandfather. Per my website and [redacted] page, the wedding package they paid for gave them at least 200 photos. Client was give 230 on an SD card as well as through [redacted]. Sent numerous SD cards to clients address, with one returned stating it was a non deliverable address. Photos were given of their daughter and the groom, but none of father and bride due to chaos and unorganization of the day. My job is to capture photos, not be the wedding planner.  I am willing to drive 4 hours from my location to provide a 60-90minute photo session at no charge within the next 3 months, to suffice the client. The client may contact me via email for those arrangement.  I will send with in 48 hours all photos from the wedding, including the non edited images to the client via Fed Ex, under the stipulation that none are to be used for commercial use. Once sent and received by client I will erase and no longer be liable for replacing any lost image files due to the clients own fault.

The company has sent me the photographs they said they would.  They however had several lies in their response so I would like the opportunity to type a response to them that will be visible to the public.  It is obvious I am not the first client she has done this to and I want to make sure other consumers are informed.
