From: Sarah Lee <sarahlee_photography@***.com>Date: Fri, Dec 4, 2015 at 10:56 AMSubject: complaint ID # [redacted] To: [redacted] @mybbb.org [redacted] ,Thank you for speaking with me last week. Below is my response to complaint ID # [redacted] . I have also attached screen shots of text... correspondence and email correspondence as well. Please let me know if there is anything more I should add, or if you have any further questions. Thanks again. Sarah LeeOn September 25th I was contacted by this client to do a photo session for her family. Before the date of the session that we had agreed upon, I emailed the client with a location for the session and a complete description of what would be included in the price of the session. The email was very clear indicating the price, the length of the session, and how many photos the client would receive. At the time of the session the client was late, and the session itself went 35 minutes overtime, which I did not charge the client for. In addition, the client requested a rush order of one of the photos. I emailed the client after the session to supply her with the requested picture, at that time indicating again exactly how many pictures she would be receiving. At no time did this client question the amount of photos she would receive for the price agreed upon, and she was provided ample opportunity to contact me if she had questions or concerns. The client received all of the promised shots in addition to eight bonus shots. I did not charge the client for the rush order, and I did not charge the client for the bonus shots. When asked the client said she loved the pictures saying, "Thank u.. The pictures are lovely as always! I love them all!!"What the client is expecting at this point is for me to render her further services at no cost to her. I have explained to the client that there is nothing personal about the situation, it is simply a matter of business. The client is taking an emotional approach to the situation and seems unable to see that she is asking for something for free. It is not a matter of holding memories for ransom. I have explained to her that It takes time and work even just to convert the images to upload them. All I have said is that I would be happy to do this for her, but I request that she pays me for my time and effort.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Miss Lee's response to my complaint does not even reference our history
of working together, and the TRUST and understanding we have worked
together with for the past 4 years. She always provided me all
the images for the same price, and not only a few edited ones and a
handful of "bonus" ones.    I will quote the slogan on the Revdex.com page
which clearly states "Start with Trust", and it is with trust that you make assumptions of future interactions with each other, and because of our history of trust, and having been provided all the images for the same price for all our previous sessions, expected them with this sessions as well.  If she was not going to be providing them, she should have explicitly stated that she would not be providing all the images. As I have repeatedly mentioned, she ALWAYS provided me ALL the images for ALL our sessions of the past 4 years.  This is the statement she made to me in an email for only our previous session on April 27th "I'd be willing to do that and supply you with 15 retouched images and
the rest of the images lightly edited, shared via Dropbox for $150. That
way you'd have access to all of the photos and can do with them what
you'd like."  If she was not going to be providing me all the images for the first time ever, why did she not mention it outright clearly? She wanted to con me into paying her an extra $150 for my emotional pictures.  I did not question her October email due to trust, because when you do business with someone, for a number of years, you start with trust.I would like my pictures please.
