Review: My first complaint involves the product that Sarahpotempa is selling. I ordered a [redacted] curling iron that is defective. Each time I plug it in, it says there is an error. The real problem came when I tried to contact their customer service department for a refund or a replacement. I have left numerous messages (no one ever answers the phone), and I have emailed them several times. I have tried contacting this company for about a week and a half and have heard nothing back. When I emailed saying I would be contacting the Revdex.com I still received no response. If I order a curling iron for over $100, I expect it to work, or to at least have a response from the customer service department for a refund.Desired Settlement: I would either like to be refunded my $109, or I would like a replacement that is not defective.
