DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a light fixture two months ago. Never arrived. Thanks so much for ZERO responses to my 6 attempts at an update on my order status. FRAUD! Completely and totally unacceptable.

I purchased a Pillow ($160) on March 1, 2020. It was never received. I requested a refund 3 times, but have had no response and no refund issued.
On March 1, 2020, I purchased a Baturi Pillow (Mist), order # 1546. My credit card was charged $160 on the same day. On March 24, 2020, I began reaching out to Sarah Virginia Home for the status of my order. I emailed multiple times, left several messages on the company phone number provided on the website, messaged on the company FB, and Instagram pages, but did not receive any response. On April 13, 2020, I found the owner posted her personal cell phone number in a comment to another customer on the company Instagram page. I sent an initial text asking for some general help in hopes she would respond. When she did, I asked about my pillow order. I also shared my concerns over all the similar complaints I had found on FB and Instagram. I shared how concerned I was to read people were saying she was ignoring them and keeping their money without delivering items purchased through her company. Virginia (owner of Sarah Virginia Home) acknowledged she had not fulfilled all orders placed with her company, apologized to me repeatedly, and said she was working on getting a better system in place to handle orders. She promised to make my order right, even offered to purchase the same fabric used in the pillow I purchased and have one made for me if the vendor didn't come through. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, extend grace and trust, and as I awaited the arrival of my pillow, we began communicating regularly about other areas in my home I wanted to redecorate. A few weeks passed *** I still had not received the pillow I order so I inquired again. Virginia gave no update. On April 26, 2020, I asked once more and she said the vendor told her it would be 2 more weeks. She said she would forward me a screen shot of email from the vendor, but she never did. On May 13, 2020, 2.5 weeks later, I still heard hearing nothing more from Virginia on my order. I saw new messages on her company FB and Instagram pages from customers stating they were trying to get in touch with her about their unfulfilled orders. I realized that I truly could not trust this company to deliver my pillow and messaged Virginia, asking her to just cancel my order and issue a refund. She sent me a text back stating "I'll refund you now." I have yet to see the refund. I have text messaged her 2 additional times asking about the refund, but those texts have gone unanswered. Every time someone posts on her business FB or Instagram pages saying that they have not received their order, she deletes the comments! Sarah Virginia Home should be investigated, charged with running a fraudulent company, and for theft. It is unbelievable to me that someone could continue to get away with doing this to people. My purchase was minimal, but I have read about others who have purchased items totaling upward of $2000 and they never received their order nor could they get Sarah Virginia Home to respond back to them about their order.

Beware! Read the comments about this business! I did not and I have experienced the same as others have reported. No communication. My card was charged for my purchase for $1500 and it's since been two months. No merchandise and no response to my emails, Instagram messages, phone calls. Do not order from this company.

I thought I purchased the Bishop Chest from the Sarah Virginia Home website on 3/30/20. My card was charged $1,254.50. No communication from them.
I purchased a piece of furniture, a Bishop Chest from the Sarah Virginia Home website. My card was charged. I did not receive any communication from the company so after about a week, I sent an email asking for an order status with no response. I then sent a text message and called their customer service number, also with no response. After seeing the other complaints on this site, I believe I have been scammed.

Beware! I placed an order March 1st, I've emailed, called, and messaged on her FB page. . My order has been paid for, but has not been shipped. She will not respond!!

Feb 13,2020 I purchased a framed print for $609.00 with my Visa ending in 5169. never got it but the charge was run thru.
On February 13, 2020 I purchased a framed print 36x36 Lifting Fog from Sarah Virginia Home 2581 Orchard Knob SE , Atlanta, Ga 30339. Order *** I never received the merchandise but the charge of $609.00 was run thru on my Visa credit card ending in *** immediately. Starting on February 14, 2020 I repeatedly tried to contact her to change the color of the frame but NEVER was able to reach her by phone, text or email.

Buyer Beware! This vendor has a nice looking e-commerce website, but from reading the other complaints on this site I see that I am not the only one whose credit card was charged and the merchandise was never received. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! The vendor does not communicate, answer emails and there is no "team" for this business. She led me on for weeks about my order being shipped but it never arrived. She is a fraud!

They took my payment but never delivered the product or responded to any communication.
I purchased a Beatrice Buffet furniture piece for $1128 on 12/13/19 online (order #1508). I received an email confirmation and the amount was withdrawn from my account. I sent several emails, calls, Facebook messages, and texts over the past two months requesting an order status update, shipping eta, or any information at all and never received a response.

I placed an online order. My credit card charged but can't make contact with seller in regards to the order.
I placed an online order for 2 pieces of artwork. I received a confirmation email but there was no delivery date . I reached out to customer service numerous times via phone and email. I have still not received a response and my credit card has been charged .

We purchased a lighting fixture on August 9. Our credit card was run for the amount of the fixture and we received a confirmation e mail which did not indicate an approximate ship date. After 3 weeks we attempted contacting using methods given to do so. This included emailing, texting, calling and even messaging through Facebook. None of our attempts were answered after multiple attempts over the next 2 weeks.
