paragraph 13 of the Used Boat Purchase Agreement between Saratoga Boatworks,
and Mr. Lee, the customer had the opportunity to examine the boat himself at
the demo/inspection date, which he did.  At the time of the demo, Mr. [redacted] pointed out several items which...

thought should be replaced.  Saratoga
Boatworks agreed to give Mr. [redacted] a $1500 rebate to cure those items, in
exchange, Mr. [redacted] agreed that the boat suited his needs, and took delivery of
the boat.After Mr.
[redacted] took delivery of the boat and used it for the summer, according to his
mechanic, an upper seal on the outdrive failed.  These are wear parts, they wear out over time and need to be replaced.  The boat was
manufactured over 20 years ago.  It is
not like purchasing a New boat, with a manufacturers warranty.  This boat would cost over $150,000 new.  A 20 year old boat will require more
maintenance & repair than a New boat.Saratoga

In regards to $1500 [redacted] is referring to, I was required to sign a new contract (attached) which states on the front of the contract "1 YEAR WARRANTY ON BLOCK & DRIVE ALL ELSE IS AS IS WHERE IS $1500"What broke in less than one year from 2/5/15 (date of contract) is a [redacted] out drive.  Regards,
