approximately from US Dollar to depending on car and conditionsand these charges can be increased if car get failed and they (Garage who are authorizeand doing reconstruction inspection) ask for certain repairsOne thing more the regularinspection services/charges are not included in aboveReconstruction inspection Charges (Bills attached)License plate fee Filling tee Registration Title Transfer Buy Back Value of the Car Tax 00.00TOTAL 373.00Now come to the complaint, she agreed for the price of US Dollar to get thereconstruction title, she gave only as advanceIn the very beginning she was clearlytold that we will try to get it done, we have to take a chance but if get tailed, moreexpenses are expected.Unluckily the car gets failed and they ask for the following repairs before the car passedfor reconstructionRear Breaks Set USDRear Rotors x Wipers x Labour Charges x 225TOTAL 370.00Now we shucked with the customer as she was not ready to pay for the repairs, therepairs were approximately for US Dollar 300, she paid only when the repairs weredone She paid total while our bill was approximately (Discounted price actualtotal was more then 700), for balance of she said she will give by February end.We gave her dollars discount and done state inspection free of cost, for which wecharge normally from customersWhen it was time to pay, she started all thesecomplaints and she put bad reviews against us in *** and other social media plateformsJust to make a fuss and not to pay the rest of the amount.This was our generosity that we released her car without receiving the outstandingamount by trusting her words and that was the mistakeNow in return we are facing allthis.Now let me conclude everything and make the point clear that we have also to pay forour over heads, like rent, bills and salary to our workersSo we have to put ourmargins/service charges for our work otherwise how we surviveWe cannot run ourbusiness doing all services/work free of cost.What we need is that she has to give our balance amount of US Dollars and removeall bad reviews, which she made against us.Best Regards,For Dream Automotive

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I never stated I was a guest in the hotel or would like my gambling money back. It is about the fact that we did try to book a room and we were not able to reach anyone from the rewards and front desk. We were only able to get the operator that day , and they kept transferring us and we kept getting vm. We had to book a hotel else where since we were not able to get anyone.  SO I left a message that day and a mgr called me from that hotel a few days later and apologized for the issues we were having and stated that she would note my bf acct on this matter and they would be able to comp him in some way for his difficulty trying to reach someone and advised me the day I get to the hotel I would just have to go to rewards center and they would be able to take care of us since she was noting the acct. On the august 12 sat evening we arrived and went to the rewards desk as they advised me and there was no note on his acct and the mgr that could of worked that night that called me no longer worked  there which is what the employees told me that night.  I even showed them the time and date she called me and we spoke, I just could not remember her name. I will take the ownership on not remembering the name but not on her false notation on the acct.  So I asked if they could go look at the schedule and see which mgr was on that night so they could find out which mgr called me. They refused to do that and pretty much told me there was nothing they could do very rudely.  I would like this establishment to know they cant treat pple this way, and they should own up to there employees mistakes. They made it sound like I made it up. I did not appreciate that. When ever my bf goes there he is a good patron, he spends a lot of money there. They should of treated us better. It was my first time there, and I will say due to what I personally experienced from that hotel It left a sour taste in my mouth and will not be going back there at all. I stay at a lot 5 star hotels and go to lots of nicer casinos then that one, and know matter what I have always been treated good and they own up to there mistakes.
