Revdex.com called the business who explained that the deposit had been taken for purchase of the bike, but that the consumer changed his mind. The vehicle still available for purchase if the consumer would like to come and pick it upOtherwise, the company feels he is justified in keeping the

Revdex.com called business and the owner explained  that the vehicle had over 108,000 miles and would have no warranty as an as-is sale.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I initiated the offer of a deposit as a means for him to hold the bike for me while I arranged to come look at it and presumably purchase it.  I did not purchase the vehicle, therefore the deposit no longer has reason to be in his possession.  With no exchange of goods or services, I have in fact paid for nothing.
