DrT [redacted] - pharmacist called and stated that we have had her as a customer for many years We have had so many problems, and as a business/pharmacist we are not comfortable filling medication for the consumer any longer We refuse to fill early request of medication, especially when it is a narcotic We take care of a lot of people prescription needs and this is the first complaint that we have ever had In our experience [redacted] is never satisfied We make sure and double check the quantity of medication that is given to the patient We are not the only pharmacy in her area with delivery When she told us that she wanted to transfer, I also spoke with her drand had him send her prescriptions to the new pharmacy to make sure that she would not miss her next refill

I have experienced many issues especially since the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com on 9/29/From delaying my prescriptions to shorting the quantity of my pain medicationOn 12/9/the Pharmacist that goes by the name of Roshan called me to tell me that they couldn't deliver my pain medication because he said I signed for the pain medication the previous month on 11/10/The previous month the driver didn't have the electronic device that I normally sign upon receiving my prescriptionsThe pharmacy signed them the following day themselvesI have a copies of the actual signature of both pain medications delivered on 11/9/if you need themIt is clearly not my signatureI also asked him for documentation of such a rule & wanted to know how they can implement it if they are only open days a week, plus they don't deliver on SaturdaysThey could not provide me with such documentationOn 5/5/I called to see if they were going to deliver my pain medication that

!st of all let me start off by saying that I've had several past issues in the past with Saratoga Pharmacy from filling prescriptions that I did not request, then not reversing the charges to my insurance companyI selected delivery issues for this complaint but it was also customer service issuesI called the Pharmacy yesterday to see if my prescriptions would be deliveredThey had an issue of locating all They said they would be delivered todayI said that would be fine but I would need them because I ran out of some of the medicationsI then called them todayThey had issues again in locating all of my prescriptionsI asked to speak to Kathy in the pharmacy because she is the only one there that seems to know what's going onShe assured me that all prescriptions would be delivered todayThey deliver between 1pm-6pmI called the pharmacy at 4:30pm to see if they can contact the driver to see where he isThey attempted to call him but he didn't answer, probably because

The consumer has her prescription and we have waived the $4.00 copay.
