Saratoga Roofing installed a new rubber roof on my house in late August during a steady rain. Doing so renders the roof defective; the rubber roof may bubble, and rot and mold will develop between the plywood decking and the rubber roof because the moisture cannot escape. The materials manufacturer will not warranty the roof installed under those conditions.
I've called the office of Saratoga Roofing three times about this and was told each time that someone would get back to me. It's now been weeks since my last call and no one has contacted me. I paid Saratoga Roofing a $2300 deposit for installation of the roof. I want the return of my deposit because I will need to have the house re-roofed. If I cannot resolve this soon, I will be filing a lawsuit.
