a family of 4. They were treated in our Dental Practice Starting in November of 2017. The insurance that was giving to our practice did not pay for the daughters' treatment. We were informed by the insurance company the cardholder was asked for information that was never supplied so the claims were denied. When the one daughter came in to have treatment in January [redacted] was told in order to proceed the payment would have to be paid first due to the fact we had a large balance on account. She said she would take care of insurance company and paid the fees up front for service on that day. [redacted] brought the daughter in a couple weeks later and wanted her money refunded. The Office Manager explained to her that the accounts needed to be paid before we could refund any money. She stated she needed time to fix the insurance problem. She was told when all payments were made we would refund any credits on account. [redacted] made numerous calls to the office refusing to talk to our front desk staff but would not hang up to have a Manager call her back. All Insurance payments from November were finally received on February 19th and refund request was sent to Main Office the same day. A refund check was mailed on March 5th, 2018 in the amount of $1,360.60 to the patient. If there is anything further please feel free to contact our office at [redacted].
