call 12/14/at 7PMThe customer stated water was dripping through ceiling and was about to fail downWe responded directly and was at his house within an hourWe opened the ceiling and found no pipes leakingWe continued looking and found that the toilet tank was cracked from the bolt holes outwardThis would have been caused by putting too much pressure on tank when leaning backThis is not an instal issue in which Marks' Electric & General Contracting, LLC is not liableWe recommended for Mr*** to call his homeowners insurance.*Note: Marks' Electric & General Contracting, LLC did give Mr*** a 10% discount on $15,for being a veteran.Thank you,Phillip Marks
