They don't take care of the property they don't care about nobody they evicted me and my family because I have an emotional support dog the owner and Sam are full of it they lie very disrespectful I would not recommend anyone to move in the apartment they raised the rent and don't do anything to fix the problem my basement flooded and ruined a lot of my belongings 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

These apartments are not up to quality standards. They are ill maintained, and the office staff is rude and unprofessional, not to mention unknowledgable. The tenants are loud and don't care to follow lease. What's worse is the office cares more about getting their money, than dealing with complaints from reliable tenants, no matter how many they need to make. I would say if you are considering renting, go somewhere other than this company. It's one giant headache and costs way more than it's worth.
