I apologize she does not like my opinion of value. But that is what it is MY OPINION. She should get another appraisal done if she does not like my opinion and get another opinion of the market value of her property.
She was not my client and she did not pay me. I do not have a fiduciary responsibility to her. She is not an intended user of my report. My report was intended for the credit union and was for the business decisions of the credit union and was my opinion of what the market value of the property is.
