Sargent Art

I own an arts and krafts store in the Caribbean. Sargent Art is one of my vendors. I recently placed an order for Art Supplies with the company. Th majority of the goods came with no issues, however a part of my shipment was missing, and instead I received hardware related items [7200 pieces of metal grinders for power tools].

I informed the company that there is a mistake in my recent shipment and that I have received products unrelated to my order. Sargent art simply ignored my issues, resulting in me losing the value of my money[$350] for the missing items[paints]. I repeatedly contacted the vendor to tell them that their inland freight carrier has mixed up the items in my shipment to no avail.
