Banker Insulation is NOT the victim here, if there is a victim, it is [redacted] and [redacted] ! The Banker Superintendent, Dave C***, told us that Banker would put in the White fiberglass at the same cost as cellulose because of the inconvenience we went through which was Days and nights out of our house and in a hotel The contaminated cellulose insulation was removed on May 24, I sent multiple e mails and left multiple phone messages requesting a date for the installation of new white fiberglass, to MM [redacted] throughout the last part of May and the entire month of June and heard NOTHING back from Banker while they kept my money It took them over a month to get back with the changed offer and the ridiculous waiver that no one in their right mind would sign The waiver allows them to do any damage to my house with no responsibility? I told MM [redacted] on several occasions that that was not reasonable I offered to sign a waiver on the white fiberglass material but not for damage or workmanship from their employees The so called analysis is suspicious, I asked to see it and cannot??? The local manufacturer told me that they had no analysis capability beyond smelling a sample in a ziplock bag.The Banker salesman who has been left out of this discussion, Jason Wagonner, came to our house on the day of the install and witnessed the offensive odor and started the removal process / [redacted] Style Definitions */

Thank you for the reminder on this issueAttached are two emails and a waiver we provided to Mr*** regarding his insulation issuesWe originally sent him a waiver letter that outlined the problem as well as options for resolution on July 3rd via emailMr*** never respondedAfter receiving the complaint we sent another email to confirm he had received our offer for resolution which we believe is more than fairMr*** finally responded on 7/that he had received the letter but has made no effort to reply to our offers of resolution. After analysis by the manufacturer the insulation showed no extraordinary characteristics and although Mrand Mrs*** showed an allergic reaction to something they have shown no conclusive proof that the insulation itself caused their reactionThe only evidence they have provided has been hearsay and conjectureThat said, we are more than willing to complete the project but insist we have a waiver to protect ourselves and our employees

Banker Insulation is NOT the victim here, if there is a victim,
it is *** and *** ***!
The Banker Superintendent, Dave C***, told us that
Banker would put in the White fiberglass at the same cost as cellulose because

Days and nights out of our house and in a hotel
The contaminated cellulose insulation was removed on May 24, I sent
multiple e mails and left multiple phone messages requesting a date for the installation of new white fiberglass, to MM*** throughout the last
part of May and the entire month of June and heard NOTHING back from Banker while they kept my money. It took them over a month to get back with

The waiver allows
them to do any damage to my house with no responsibility? I told MM*** on several occasions that
that was not reasonable. I offered to

The so called analysis is suspicious, I asked to see it

bag.The Banker salesman who has been left out of this discussion, Jason Wagonner, came to our house on the day of the install and witnessed the offensive odor and started the removal process

Tell us why here...We provided two options to Mr*** regarding his insulation issuesFull refund or a replacement material that was made of fiberglass at an additional costThe cost was reasonableWe also sent him a waiver letter that outlined the problem as well as options for
resolution on July 3rd via emailMr*** never respondedAfter receiving the complaint we sent another email to confirm he had received our offer for resolution which we believe is more than fairMr*** finally responded on 7/that he had received the letter but has made no effort to reply to our offers of resolution. After analysis by the manufacturer the insulation showed no extraordinary characteristics and although Mrand Mrs*** showed an allergic reaction to something they have shown no conclusive proof that the insulation itself caused their reactionThat said, we are more than willing to complete the project but insist we have a waiver to protect ourselves and our employees
