Sarge's Pawn Shop

Took our gun in and pawned it. This gun had never been fired and they had mentioned it at the point of [redacted]. That is one reason why we got a higher dollar amount for it and we was keeping it that way to have a collectors item. When I went in to renew the [redacted] I had problems because they had changed their system and they wanted this on the new system, the problem was it was pawned in my husbands name and he was not with me.

When we went in to pick up gun and they couldn't find it. Then they located it in a different place. My husband looked it over and didn't notice any major problems without his glasses. When we got home and upon further inspection he noticed that the gun's scopes cover had been broken, there was a scratch on the lense, the grip cover had a crack in it, the gun had been fired and cleaned to cover the firing, and there were scratches where it had been put in a holster. We went back to talk to the owner and she wasn't there but called in while we was there. She denied everything and stated that it never left the safe even after we told her that they couldn't find it where it was supposed to be. We are filing all complaints we can against this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
