We had the roof and gutters replaced on our home. They used quality materials, did quality work and were there when they said they would be there. Did a great job cleaning up each day. Peter was very involved in the entire process and did a great job explaining everything. He sent me photos every day of the work they were doing. They took extra care in improving the ventilation in the attic to ensure the roof would last longer. I was very comfortable doing business with them.

Sargon Construction just completed a full roof and skylight replacement on my house in Arlington Heights. Peter was great to work with. In the initial stage of the project, Peter looked at my roof, gutters and skylights with suggested needs. I was interested in a new GAF Timberline HD roof and Peter brought over samples and discussed heat build up in the attic and ventilation needs. I also wanted a long lasting roof with a GAF Golden Pledge warrantee (50 year, labor and materials) and we discussed other GAF accessories and costs. I priced the project with several contractors and Sargon provided the most value and won the project.
Sargon's crews were professional and hard working. They protected my property from construction damage and did a very good job on clean up. During the job, Peter provided pictures of the work and documented any required extra work, due to required replacement of existing roof sheeting. I would use Sargon on future roofing projects.
