Good afternoon, I represent Sari Sapne Inc at WDevon Ave, Chicago IL The customer, Aqsa ***, arrived at the showroom to pick up her custom made dress as per the specifications she gave the the saleswoman taking down and placing her orderAs stated in her complaint, she
wanted the same dress but attached as a one piece instead of the two piece product she saw in the storeBeing advised at the time of purchase that the nature of custom-made product must allow for some variation in color and design, given the facts that these dresses are hand dyed, hand stitched, and the elaborate stone work is all done by hand, she agreed and placed the orderAt no time did she text, email, or physically show the salesperson taking down the order and receiving the payment any concept photographs. Once the product arrived to the showroom, Ms*** came in and tried the product onAt first she seemed pleased with the overall look and fit, however some minor adjustments were needed to the neckline and sleevesShe was assured they would be completed in house at no additional chargeOnly after asking to see the original piece, Ms*** realized there is a slight difference in color for the custom productAt that point she insisted on getting the exact same product, despite being notified at the time of purchase and at the time of pick up a slight variation may occur. In order to satisfy Ms***, the management offered to sell the exact same piece that she originally liked for the purchase price, and over the course of a several hours discussion all parties mutually agreed to accept the original piece, and allow for some time for alterations to be made to the blouse and to attach the two pieces together to make a single gownThe matter was thus resolvedManagement has already taken expensive steps to send the product abroad to complete the orderThis complaint is invalid as the matter has already been addressed with the customer directly and steps have been taken to complete the order to the customer's satisfaction.
