To whom it may concern:We went out to [redacted] 's home on 3/13/to give a free estimate to unclog a laundry drain line, when our tech Jon arrived to her home and took a look at what was going on he presented to [redacted] our pricing starting off at $+ TAX with a day warranty to unclog the line [redacted] said that was way to high and Jon told her the lowest we would be able to go would be $+ TAX with no warranty for us to run a hand snake down the line [redacted] agreed to the $+ TAX with no warranty and no guarantee that line would have any issues in the future as this would be a minimal service to the lineOur tech Jon tested the line with water to ensure line had been cleared, later on that night around pm our tech Jon gets a call that she had ran a load of laundry and it had backed up againJon explained to her that there could be an issue farther down the line which would require a longer snakeThe next day we had sent out Jeremiah to see what was going on with the line and there is a clog farther down the line that would require a larger snake [redacted] had called into the office and spoke with me about the line still being clogged and explained to me that our tech was out there for over an hour clearing the line and that he did in fact test the line to ensure it was draining, I explained to her that there was no warranty / guarantee that the line would be fully cleared due to the method she had chosen, we wanted to make it right and get her back up and running with a completely cleared line with a warranty therefore we offered to have what she had already paid roll into the price to run a full length snake down the line and for us to put a warranty on it which would be an additional charge of $(making it the original charge of $226, our lowest option with a warranty)I tried to explain this over the phone to [redacted] several times and each time I would go to explain [redacted] would talk over me, making it very hard to explain where we are coming from on a business aspectWe would love to make things right and roll anything [redacted] has paid into a reasonable solution with a warrantyI have both the signed invoice/ proposal by [redacted] stating that there was no warranty/ guarantee on the service chosen as well as a recorded phone call with [redacted] where she stated that our tech Jon did test the line with water to ensure line was draining properly prior to leaving the homeWe have completed what we were hired to do as per our proposal, we understand there is something else going on further down the line now that would require a bigger snake, but at this point we have had separate techs out for over an hour each for a total charge of $+ tax at this point we would love to get the line back up and running with a warranty at our original price we had quoted of $which we would roll what she has already paid into that Thank you,Amber

To whom it may concern:We went out to [redacted]'s home on 3/13/18 to give a free estimate to unclog a laundry drain line, when our tech Jon arrived to her home and took a look at what was going on he presented to [redacted] our pricing starting off at $226 + TAX with a 30 day warranty to unclog the line....

[redacted] said that was way to high and Jon told her the lowest we would be able to go would be $125 + TAX with no warranty for us to run a hand snake down the line. [redacted] agreed to the $125 + TAX with no warranty and no guarantee that line would have any issues in the future as this would be a minimal service to the line. Our tech Jon tested the line with water to ensure line had been cleared, later on that night around 7 pm our tech Jon gets a call that she had ran a load of laundry and it had backed up again. Jon explained to her that there could be an issue farther down the line which would require a longer snake. The next day we had sent out Jeremiah to see what was going on with the line and there is a clog farther down the line that would require a larger snake. [redacted] had called into the office and spoke with me about the line still being clogged and explained to me that our tech was out there for over an hour clearing the line and that he did in fact test the line to ensure it was draining, I explained to her that there was no warranty / guarantee that the line would be fully cleared due to the method she had chosen, we wanted to make it right and get her back up and running with a completely cleared line with a warranty therefore we offered to have what she had already paid roll into the price to run a full length snake down the line and for us to put a warranty on it which would be an additional charge of $101 (making it the original charge of $226, our lowest option with a warranty). I tried to explain this over the phone to [redacted] several times and each time I would go to explain [redacted] would talk over me, making it very hard to explain where we are coming from on a business aspect. We would love to make things right and roll anything [redacted] has paid into a reasonable solution with a warranty. I have both the signed invoice/ proposal by [redacted] stating that there was no warranty/ guarantee on the service chosen as well as a recorded phone call with [redacted] where she stated that our tech Jon did test the line with water to ensure line was draining properly prior to leaving the home. We have completed what we were hired to do as per our proposal, we understand there is something else going on further down the line now that would require  a bigger snake, but at this point we have had 2 separate techs out for over an hour each for a total charge of $125 + tax at this point we would love to get the line back up and running with a warranty at our original price we had quoted of $226 which we would roll what she has already paid into that.  Thank you,Amber

Sorry for the delay on this responds, after review if the leak was never solved we would be more then willing to meet half way on this bill. I have already sent this to our accountant for a refund. We will adjust accordingly and make our invoice reflect a total of $303.50 and refund you the...
