request to place her items for sale in our shop That employee has been on leave for months and we are excited for his return in weeks *** *** was insistent on immediate actions which Sarkisian's was not able to proved due to the leave of the employee After receiving this complaint, Sarkisian's has gathers more information regarding the items *** *** has for sale with Sarkisian's Sarkisian's and its employee's are literally making her and her items the top priority of business We are gathering and organizing each of her items, after all items are gathered and organized, we will arrange a time at *** ***s convenience for the items to be picked up by her. We want to emphasize the fact that Sarkisian's is not quietly of theft or stealing We have been honest to *** *** at all times and are looking forward to amicable ends to this arrangement We are 100% confident that *** *** will be whole satisfied with the return of her items

I am rejecting this response because: Let this be clear: Sarkisian's did NOT contact me and any communication with them has been only from NUMEROUS attempts on MY part at MY expense of time and effort to reach some conclusion to the problem at handThey have items belonging to me that I want returnedPeriodThe response was so full of misspellings and erroneous content that frankly I found it difficult to understandEven my name was misspelledTo this date there has not been any satisfactory communication or conclusion of the problem

Sarkisian’s has been in contact with *** *** regarding this issue. On May 27, 2016, Sarkisian’s agreed with *** *** to organize all belongings of hers in question by end of day, May 31, 2016. Once the items are arranged we will be contacting her to arrange a time at her convenience to pick up items and/or payment for items soldAgain, at no time has Sarkisian’s intentionally avoided *** *** nor has Sarkisian’s intentionally misled or been guilty of illegal activity. Sarkisian’s is looking forward to coming to amicable ends to this arrangement in as timely a manner as possible
