Well, I order a 14k 1.5mm chain at $221,instead received a 14k 1mm chain at $I called they said to send back following there return policy, they preferred using the same shipping box and must add signature required insurance, my cost to return THERE ERROR $You think an honest company would pay for the return, NOPE! This leads me to believe the less priced chain was sent on purpose playing the odds a customer would not pay the expense of the return!! On November 27th I placed an order for a 10mm 14kt 22" Figaro style chainAfter a problem with UPS day air my order was lost in the shipping process according to UPSI notified sarraf jewelry of the issue and they promptly shipped me a replacement Next Day Air (no charge) and received it in less than hoursFrom California to South FloridaI opened it up and it was well worth the wait .But I am going to have it appraised and authenticated I informed themI'll update my review when I have it appraised and tested but so far I believe it is the real deal
