Review: On 9-29 my fiance was in an auto accident. The [redacted] was towed to SARS. After work I went to SARS to see my truck and sign papers. After that I asked to get my belongings which the owner denied and he grabbed my stuff. Since the first day I was NOT allowed to see MY vehicle! I do NOT know what work they did. I was told by SARS that my truck was to be done on the 16th of OCT. I called on the 15th of OCT and the owner Chris said it may be done and HE would call. Chris did not call either the 16th or 17th I did. My vehicle was NOT done until the 18th. The problem with that is [redacted] guarantees work completion and Sars did not honor this. Also they took my car to an unauthorized dealer and would not tell me where it was till I called [redacted]. Also I was quoted at around 10000 in damage. When I got my car back on the 18th the price was jacked up to 11600. A 1600 jump with NO explanation from SARS!!!! Now I get my vehicle back on 18th there is a loud noise in my cabin that wasnt there before. I called [redacted] they said sars would help. Sars picked up my vehicle on the 20thand drove it for 5 minutes didnt even look at it! Sars refused to help and said the noise wasnt from them. [redacted] guarantees the work for lifetime of vehicle and SARS is not abiding by policy. My next step is contacting a lawyer. I have pics from the tower showing full hood and bumper damage for left to right and also [redacted] claims said this as well.Desired Settlement: I would like the job repaired. I purchased my truck in June and did NOT have this noise inside my cabin. This should be covered by [redacted]'s lifetime gaurantee and not just looked at for five minutes. I work for a company doing service work and this is NOT how you treat customers!
