Revdex.com spoke to Patrick at business and the following was relayed: When the customer first ordered the hot tub, we made attempts to deliver the hot tub his house and were turned away for different reasonsThe 4th attempt, the customer did accept the tubWe did not charge him extra delivery charges for thisThe customer then had an ongoing light issue which we were attempting to fixI had informed the customer that we would have to wait until spring to make the repairsWaiting until spring was not good enoughWhere the customer has put the tub is in a place we cannot get to until the weather breaksHe wanted us to pull the tub out which was not an optionWhen it turned to spring, I began calling the customer daily and then weeklyI tried several times until the first week of JulyI called from the store phone, he did answer or return my callsIt wasn't until he called the factory and Revdex.com that we heard back from himAs it is winter again, the issues will have to be addressed in the spring when the weather breaksWe will address and take care of at that timeIf the customer texts me to call him back, I will do so or he can call me directly and if I am unable to answer, I will call him back

The customer from this complaint purchased a stove on 9-29-It was a cash and carry purchaseFrom 10-2-to 10-17-the customer came back and purchased venting and parts to install the stove himselfThen on 1-23-the customer must have realized it was a much bigger job and decided to have us install the stoveAfter we installed the stove the customer came back and purchased a remote for the unit on 1-24-I assume the customer was happy with the installation because we received nothing to the contraryOn 2-19-14, more than year after the purchase and installation of the stove, the customer requested a service callThis complaint will be the first time our store has heard from this customer since the service call on 2-19-Unfortunately there is only a one year parts and labor warrantee, but I would encourage this customer to schedule a service call in order to help bring this matter to a satisfactory and happy closeBest Regards, Owner

As previously stated, this customer purchased a stove on 9-29-12. Over four years ago! We were contacted for a service call on 2-19-and considered the service closed and satisfied. We did not hear anymore about this until we were contacted by the Revdex.com in November of this year, It appears a new service call is being requested through a Revdex.com complaint. As this customer is contesting that the service call dated in the second month of 2014, now almost three years later, has never been resolved, we will cover the initial at home assessment at no charge. Further service stops and parts, if required, will be charged as a return fee of $each plus any and all parts and incidentalsAs this customer contends at this time through this complaint, that his service of nearly years earlier was not completed, this is where the financial responsibility would have continuedOther than the call and forward momentum of continuing to serve this customer fairly and completely, we will now consider this complaint portion of this service request as closed and satisfied. We all look forward to hearing from this customer and to satisfy the request, in as much as is humanly possible. Thank you for all of your assistance on this matterBest Regards, Owner

Revdex.com spoke to Patrick at business and the following was relayed: The customer bought a liner replacement from us which we replacedThere were no issues reported until approximately a year and a half laterThe customer stated he had a leak and I informed him we do not have a diver that works for and
that is what he will needThis is the case for most in-ground pool leaksThis was a vinyl liner that had wear and tear and the tear could have been caused by anyone or anything in the poolThere is a year warranty which this was well beyondIf I was legally obligated I would take care of but this is not the case

I attached a photos, of the pallet of new pipe ,a photo of the first pipe that they did not enclose properly that was the reason why the pipe became discolored ,and a contract that let's them know how it needs to be enclosed properly and where to get the information if they need moreWe are
willing to help but they need to do their partWe put the pipe in correctly the first timeBefore we do it a second time they need to do what is required so the problem will not happen againWe like to keep our customers happy that is why we are redoing this when we were not at fault in any way

Revdex.com spoke to Patrick at business and the following was relayed: I have called the customer twice and left one message in trying to contact himI have also left the customer my cell phone number to call directlyI have been in touch with ***, the Hot Springs tub manufacturer and they have requested a picture of the tub and it's current locationThe manufacturer did inform the customer that proper repair requires the temperature be degrees or betterRevdex.com is also requesting a copy of the picture of the hot tub and it's location

As I mentioned before, the company did not return my calls and did not follow through when it had the opportunity. There are countless number of times my phone calls were not answered during business hours and the phone messages I left fell on silent earsThe unknown costs of further service stops and parts, if required, make any dealing with this company’s offer risky at best. At this point in time, I feel I already lost good money. I am very leery about doing any more business with this company. I do not feel comfortable giving them another penny. I learned a very expensive lesson

I responded to the customer directly. I am bringing offer to my counsel and she should be able to pick up settlement asapI don't have a time and day yet because I have not been there yet
