that the shoes were worn, the inside of the shoe, which is cream color, had a Gray/black look to themThe heel of the shoes, which is brown, had a beige worn look to the back part of it.In the return policy we ask that shoes NOT be worn outside, so that we can place back in stock to sale again! Ms***, thought we would send them back to the Company and get our money back, that is truly not the case, they would not accept them from us.Ms*** brought the shoes back past the days, we offered her a new pair of shoes at half pricePurchased on: 3-18-Tried to return on: 5-30-We are still willing to give her a new pair of shoes at half price.Thank you,Elizabeth *K*** (manager)

Review: I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes to fill my Dr. suggestion on 5/10/16. Paid cash of $124. Took them home and tried them out on carpeted surface. Did not get anticipated results. Returned shoes on 5/12/16. Clerk informed me "We don't have the money to refund in the store. You will receive a check in the mail." I called on 5/18/16 and questioned why the check had not arrived. Was told," the store owner hasn't been in to sign the check. She has to sign all checks. Sorry for the delay." I told them I would be calling my attorney if it did not arrive by Friday. It still did not arrive today (Sat. 5/21/16) I decided your services might be more effective than my attorney. It has been over 10 days and I am a retiree. A loan facility would be charging interest if it wasn't repaid by this time.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund made promptly. No mention was made about their refund policy while I was there. And the clerk knew why/what I was looking for while I was there. We discussed the problem I was hoping to correct. She also knew that I might need to return the shoes before I ever paid for them.
