Our Service Department made an appointment with the customer to visit his home on Thursday, September in order to address his concerns Several problems were resolved during this visit A new issue for the customer has arisen in the meantime The Service Department assessed the
problem and ordered a new part which is scheduled to be received at our warehouse on September 20th Once the part has been received the Service Department will schedule a service call for the customer The Sales Representative, *** ***, will be contacting *** *** on Monday, September 11th to discover if his concerns have been taken care of in a satisfactory manner
