I would not recommend Renovation Drywall to do any work in your homeWe have had nothing but troubleHe doesn't show up to work when he says he willHe hasn't finished the job that he was contracted to do and won't return our calls or textsHe lies about what he's going to doMy husband and father-in-law has had to install our appliances after he did the kitchen remodel and none of the cabinet measurements were correctWe gave him a sample color strip of the color we wanted the interior walls painted and he got the wrong color because he never wrote our choice downHe had me come to a shop and choose which granite I wanted over months ago but didn't write the name down then he went to get the granite, it wasn't the one that I picked but closeHis crew ruined my brand new tile floors by not covering themMy dark brown grout is now whiteHe had weeks prior to the floors being laid to work on the texturing and painting but didn't start until the day the floor guys were coming to lay the tile Every step of our forever home renovation has been a nightmare!

my first purchase was 5 years ago. I purchased a simple alarm costing about $200. I did have concerns about moving the system if I were to leave the apartment I was in because I had purchased the system and wanted to take it with me.when I finally moved I asked to have the old system disassembled so I could take it to my new location, and that was not done. To add to this the Sales Rep upsold me on a touch screen that came out to about $500 for a new system. No parts of my previous alarm was ever removed therefore it stayed in the old location.I was also unaware that I was signing another 3 year agreement.the new system. I now am aware 8 months later the nrw DMP 7800 series alarm was far more advanced than what I actually needed.however I was not told that this system was state of the art.I found myself having to leave the second location and now I'm being charged for breaking my contract with superior alarms because where I am moving to they do not service.
I felt I was sold a system for the benefit of a upgrade sale (the device didn't suit my needs) and was not listened to as a customer. I could have saved myself those $500 PLUS the contract fee of 2.5 yrs width of payment that I am now being charged for because I'm not moving within the service area of this company.
I'm extremely disappointed I will never use thus system company again nor recommend it to anyone.
