I do not complain often, but in very upset with my return shuttle service. They lost two bags and didn't plan on doing anything about it.

I was traveling with my family and we were returning on two different airlines. A few people were let off before us, then at the next terminal my girlfriend and I. When we went to the back of the shuttle to retrieve or bags, one whole piece of luggage was missing. When I told the driver, he said I never gave it to him and there was nothing he can do.

Upon bringing my father to the next terminal for his flight, he noticed his carry on bag was missing. The driver started driving away, so my father started banging on the side. Practically mid sentence of explaining, the driver again left.


This is when my father and I spoke on the phone and realized he lost both our bags. He called the company and the sent the driver to retrieve the bags from the previous terminal where he left them.
