I would rate this ZERO starts if I could My family has been doing business with [redacted] for decades Recently he and his assistant were needed for a internment service1st - the 23k gold work all needs to be redone on the monument from This should last many, many years and not have to be done every years2nd - [redacted] refused to acknowledge my request to move my grandmother and grandfathers urns (to be side by side), even after politely asking FIVE times to move them- After the 5th time I asked, [redacted] finally moved them, after RUDELY saying "IM working, Let me Finish!!"All I can say is that this was a HORRIBLE experience, and after patronizing this business for so long, Im telling my family and EVERYONE to steer clear of this declining business The owner's health is declining and he has no pride in his work whatsoever

1st - the 23k gold work all needs to be redone on the monument from 2002. This should last many, many years and not have to be done every 10 years.
2nd - [redacted] refused to acknowledge my request to move my grandmother and grandfathers urns (to be side by side), even after politely asking FIVE times to move them.
3 - After the 5th time I asked, [redacted] finally moved them, after RUDELY saying "IM working, Let me Finish!!".
All I can say is that this was a HORRIBLE experience, and after patronizing this business for so long, Im telling my family and EVERYONE to steer clear of this declining business. The owner's health is declining and he has no pride in his work whatsoever.
