*** purchased Reflective Insulation, Blown in Insulation and seven different items from our *** *** *** *** ***)It would not be possible for us to have the two forms of insulation installed on the same day as both items are performed by different crews, specific to their
specialty Nor was it ever promised to be installed on the same dayThe Reflective Insulation was installed on December 21, The customer signed a completion form at the end of the work, to verify that she was satisfied with the installationThe Blown in insulation and the *** *** ***er Package items were installed on January 4, There were two *** *** ***r items that were not compatible, and the customer opted for a credit on these items *** refused to sign the finance completion formShe insisted that she wanted to pay the balance with her own funds, but would not have the money until the middle FebruaryIt was explained to her that this arrangement was unacceptable as her work was finished and her payment balance was dueHer choices were to either sign the completion form for the financing that she signed up for, per our contract, or pay us in full* *** was extremely belligerent and refused to pay her balanceIn our next conversation with her she was upset that the Blown in insulation did not give her enough storage space in her atticWe sent our service technician to her house at our cost, and arranged additional storage per *** requestShe again refused to sign the finance completion In a conversation on January 18, 2017, *** requested an additional invoice stating her balance owed including the deduction for the *** *** *** items not installedWhen *** received the invoice, she was not satisfied with itShe now wanted another invoice which detailed every item listed on her contract and the subsequent refund itemsAlthough this sort of invoice is above and beyond what we are required to provide to the customer (as all of these details are included on her copy of the contract), a new invoice was created for her*** also claimed at this point that a piece of her Reflective Insulation had fallen downWe arranged with *** *o send our service technician once again to fix the issue and deliver the new invoiceIt was clearly stated that we would be there after 3:on January 25, and that we would be expecting payment when the service was completed, per our contract We arrived for the service before 3:and waited for the customer for over an hourWhen she did not show up, we left the new invoice for her and left* *** now claims she never agreed to the time that was set for the serviceBarbara now has the invoice she requested, and all that needs to be done is set up a confirmed date to perform the service and collect the balance owed If we do not receive appropriate cooperation and payment for services by the end of this week, we will be placing a mechanic's Lien on her property for breach of contract I can be reached at *** to discuss if there are any questions *** *** CEO/President, Evolutionary Home Energy Solutions, LLC,/ Peoples Products, Inc

[redacted]   As of Feb 1 e-shield person came out about 3:oo to fix the e-shield that came apart.She assured me if anything happens she would come back&fix it in the future. The agreement in writing says Transferable Lifetime Warranty. I do have an exhaust fan up there that has a thermostat to go on when it gets too hot.[redacted] had told me before not to worry they would come out to fix it and that it has a lifetime warranty.                                                     I am sending a check out today[Feb.2] I would like to know from them how to go about getting a REBATE which was said to me that I would get.                                                             THANK YOU                                                                      [redacted]
