I will resolve this matter in small claims court.
Furthermore, I categorically reject [redacted]'s response and her assertions. She has no basis for her assertions. She is using a pop-psychology term to excuse away her total lack of performance. Her lack of performance, I have documented from the dates of 10/2014 through the present date.
As a result of [redacted]'s lack of performance, I was forced to make last minute adjustments that were extremely inconvenient. She left me in s total state of uncertainty that is unforgivable for someone who claims to be a professional in this industry.
I intend to resolve this matter in court, no matter the resources that it may require.
