Review: [redacted] contracted with me to log my property in Sept 2013. The day the contract was signed he stated he would begin in 3 weeks. Several days latter he returned to my property and removed plants that were not part of the logging contract. Several months later he showed up with a machine to do the work. in March of 2014 he informed me that he would not be doing the work. In April I became aware of the fact that he cut down two very large trees and just left them on the ground. the contract we signed gives him a year to complete the work but he will not give me the contract back or release me from the contract so that I can get someone else to do the work.Desired Settlement: I would like to be released from the contract so I can get someone else to do the work.
