to the terms of the saleThe basic factory warranty still remains in effect with this vehicle for approximately another months or 19,milesThe vehicle has the remainder of the factor drivetrain warranty for another monthsThe factory Emissions warranty goes another months, corrosion another months approximatelyOne can see that the warranty we provide is shorter than what the factory will coverThis vehicle has a powertrain warranty for months from date of "first sale." The estimated "start date of the warranty" was approximately 3/**/They can verify this with Honda to get exact dates
The remaining factory warranties on this vehicle are greater than what customers complaint is

*** *** has spent lots of time writing letters and has not mentioned that he has broken several appointments with our service department to look at his alleged problem that two other Toyota stores and his own trusted tire shop can not duplicateAgain, he has broken several appointments
that were made for him at...his request for us to check this supposed issueWe held a time slot open, had technician waiting and he doesn't show. He also failed to mention that DCH offered to "exchange" his vehicle for another vehicle, yet he insists on writing letters
