I was returning home from grocery shopping. When turning into my lane the rear side pop out window of my van exploded inwards over my purchases. I realized a rock must have shot from a mower being used on the outer side of my neighbors fence.
When I drove back to confront him I seen it was a lawn care company.
I found the owner, explained what happened and showed him the glass inside my van plus the street where it occurred.
I was given his card, and an we agreed to go to MPI for repairs.
I had it repaired shortly after, and the full deductible was paid by this company.
He even came to my house with the chq. They are honest and I recommend dealing with this company to everyone. Thank-you.

This company did some work to my driveway and it is not good. I asked one of the owners if he would be happy if his driveway looked like that and he replied no. They want $5000.00 to fix it.Desired SettlementThey need to make this right.Business Response We did apply polyaspartic to the driveway July/2011, as our warrenty states , we are not responsible for concrete cracking due to substrate movement or cracking. Aug. 2013, we did a repair at our expense, even though it was not warranty, & informd customer at that point it would not be repaired again at no charge. Again, the polyaspartic is not failing, it is the concrete.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It is absurd that Saskatoon garage interiors state the concrete is failing. That was why their product was put on the driveway to start with-concrete failure!They were made aware of the driveway condition before application and they even gave me an address to look at some of their work. What kind of company would accept that job and payment when it was unlikely to last? Who would choose that option if it was going to look like it does now?The work they did on this driveway is a disgrace and not a very flattering example of their work. Attached is a picture of the so call repair they did-they filled and covered the cut lines on the driveway. As you can see,their own product failed.
