Wanted to get an estimate on replacing the front steps and deck area on our house. Agreed with David Laberge to meet on May 20th, 2016 at 1:00PM with David to get an estimate. David was a no show and did not call us to say he wasn't going to make it. Phoned the office and secretary re-scheduled us for May 25th, 2016 at 4:00PM. Again, David was a no show with no phone call to tell us he wasn't coming. Called the office and got the same response as first - we will re-schedule you for another visit. No thanks!! I really don't know how any business stays in business treating potential customers like this. ","neg-1
