In April of 2006 this business was given a deposit for 1,650.00 dollars to replace a liner in a pool. [redacted] ruined the new liner when he tried to install it. Repeated attempts were made to get him to fix the situation which he never responded to. He was sued in small claims court. We have gotten a judgement against him but he keeps refusing service or mail to try to collect on the money he owes.

On Feb. 12th, 2014 I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Feb. 14th, 2014 with Saskatoon Flowers. The order was made, and accepted on the website www.saskatoonflowers.net. The Flowers were to be delivered to my girlfriend at her place of work before 5:00 pm. When She returned home after her work day had finished she had not received the flowers. I immediately called the company at approximately 6:00 pm and talked to a representative on the phone. He informed me that his computer showed that the flowers had been delivered. After explaining the situation he said he would check with the delivery worker and call me back within the hour. I never received a follow up call. I decided to call back and got a recording telling me to leave a message, which I did. I again explaining the situation and hoped to hear back from them. The following day Feb. 15th 2014, I made three attempts to contact the company by phone and sent an email through their website trying to receive any information I could on the order. None of the calls were answered and I have not received any follow up emails. On Feb. 16th 2014 I decided to go to the address they had posted on their site. The address is a condominium complex, and no one I talked to had any idea about a flower company working from the address. I again called the company this time I received an answer by the same man I had talked to on Feb. 14th. He told me the order had been completed, and when I asked him about the location of the store he hung up on me. [redacted]Desired SettlementIf at all possible I would like a full refund. [redacted]
