Saskatoon Green Clean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Complaint[redacted], of Saskatoon Green Clean, was paid to clean a long rug that is placed in a high traffic area of the business and has never returned with the carpet. An invoice was made and paid for, yet months later he has intentionally cut contact after numerous attempts to find out what has happened with said rug. He never replies, and after initial contact he stated various excuses, including that the business had been sold and he was not sure of the state of the contract made and offered to discover the reasons why said rug had not been cleaned.Product_Or_Service: Carpet/Rug CleaningDesired SettlementWe would prefer to receive the promised services, especially getting the rug back as they are fairly expensive. If possible, monetary compensation for the permanent damage to the carpet that this rug protects due to the high traffic upon the carpet, and a full refund of the services promised.
