We have advertised with SUNDIRECT Phonebooks since 1999, we buildt our business in Martensville on this directory and were able to se a ROI, plumbing and mechanical contractor. This book offers alot of information to end users, we have always received value and received service.
Complaint
Paid 630.00 in October of 2014 for advertising in the Kindersley-Oyen & District SunDirect Phone Book that was supposed to come out in February and there still hasn't been anything come out.We have contacted them a number of times and there's always a different excuse as to why the advertising hasn't come out yet, and always another date that it will come out.Last month I contacted her and she had another excuse so I told her we wanted our money back as we are tired of always getting no exact date as to when this book will be out.I told her that we would like a refund by the end of June and we haven't seen that yet neither, so I'm filling a complaint.
